Michelle, orthodontic asst., is the BEST!!!! She is so compassionate, professional and has a wonderful sense of humor! Dr. Silvaroli is without a doubt the MOST competent and able orthodontist in Reno… and we have had experience with other orthodontist practices in town that treat their patients on a conveyor system of care. 🫤 I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone needing orthodontic care! I see Dr. Gilbert for Spark Aligners. He is such a great orthodontist and caring person. He is very patient and thorough. I also love the front staff, they seem like they love their job. The assistant who takes me back is also wonderful, so friendly and helpful. It just has been such a good experience and I highly recommend this office.
